The Church in Brzeźnica was built in 1632, and the temple was enlarged by prolonging the nave and adding a side porch in 1892.
The church was made of wood in a log frame structure. Roofs are covered with metal sheets. Over the nave, there is a steeple with a lantern. The interior is adorned with sculptural and ornamental polychrome. On the ceiling of the presbytery, we can see the Holy Trinity, and an image of the Last Supper is painted on the vault of the nave. In the main altar built in 1776, there is a painting of St. Andrzej Bobola and a retractable painting that presents St. Stanislaus resurrecting Piotrowin and forms a votive offering for the saving of the village from the consequences of World War I. The church also contains three side altars. Amongst the historic furnishings of the temple, it is worth mentioning a 17th-century organ, an 18th-century pulpit and a 16th-century stone baptismal font taken from the previous temple. Beside the church, there is a wooden bell tower.
