It remained in the hands of the Dziewolski family until 1966. Handed over to the Albertine Sisters in return for their care, it stood unused, and it gradually deteriorated. The manor was purchased by Zespół Elektrowni Wodnych Niedzica S.A and moved to a site near the reservoir in Sromowce.
In 1999, the original structure of the manor house, as well as the appearance of the walls, ceilings, roof, and facade of the building, was reconstructed atop the foundation of a large stone building – the Sosny Glade in Niedzica. The interior decoration is just like that of a 19th-century Polish manor house. It refers to the traditions of Spis and was used to serve Polish cuisine with Hungarian elements. Two more wooden buildings were erected next to the manor house: 'Chata z Kir', which combines an old mill from Czarny Dunajec, a wooden chalet brought from Kir, and 'Chata Spiska', relocated from Łapsze Niżne. Both buildings are now accommodation facilities. In addition, there is a campsite and a ski station on the Pine Glade.
The manor house is part of the 'Polana Sosny' recreational complex, which also includes other historic buildings, a ski station, a hotel, and a catering facility, and is featured on the Wooden Architecture Route.
